Iceland sent me £4 gift vouchers after I complained about cod in creamy parsley sauce. Quite pleased as I bought the cod on half price.
  • Yesterday I received a £5 boots voucher from Simple. I emailed them about an issue I had with one of their products. They emailed me back, asking for my address so they could send me an envelope to send it back to them. Well that never arrived, but the voucher did yesterday!
That was unexpected, and a nice surprise. :)
  • I got 4 more samples and few other bits :j

  • Anyone care to help me with a complaint? I don't usually bother but this really annoyed me!

I ordered a shop from tesco and my little one was going mad for some choc chip muffins, so added a pack, anyway, when they came (15th Nov) they had an expired date of the 13th! I know sometimes this is just a guideline, so opened up the box and they were so far from edible! They were stale and smelt off. I am really annoyed! I know it seems trivial but I had to deal with my daughter tantruming most of the day because she couldn't have a muffin she'd wanted!
Money Saving Tip #1. Stay OFF the grabbit thread!

yep just tell them what you just told us, just the other way round tell them you opened it smelt it was rank and then checked date, tell them youve never had any problems in the past and it could have made your daughter ill if you had just passed her one.
    Absolutely gutted and heartbroken
  • This week I have received the following vouchers for compliments:
    6 x £1 Nestle vouchers
