Hi everyone,

-£7 credited on my Boots card
-£6 Purina
-£5 Gillette
-2 huge Yankee candles
:jModern languages degree with the OU finished in 2012!
Finally proud home owner at 24 years old!
Happily married to my other half for 4 years, after 3 years of separation! (I hate the consular visa section of French embassies!!!)0 -

Just received a free shirt with RRP £95 from a genuine complaint, although it was just about service (I won't say what company since they'll get tortured with messages).
Ben & Jerrys also got back to me with a voucher for a free 500ml tub, and Starbucks with two free drink vouchers (any size).
I also thought I'd message TK Maxx since (and I know this sounds stupid) I stood on a really sharp sequin in their dressing room and had to get it removed from my foot by the doctors. It was opening time and I was the first person in the changing rooms. Got a £40 voucher for my troubles so going to treat myself (probably on a jumper or something I don't have to try on!).
I've got a few bits and pieces from Green People and other skincare companies.0 -
hi
when people write/email to ..food companies for example, what do you say? i've emailed beauty and fragrance places before, but i don't know how to customise my email so that it sounds good for other areas. i know what to say when i'm complaining as obviously i have a reason to complain, but when complimenting, i have no idea how to word it.
can anyone help?
thanks! :beer:0 -
Just write what u feel.
I always point out what I enjoy the most( for axample:creamy vanilla flavour, colourful packaging, great promotions , funny games on their website etc).If you "have a history" with product/company write them about it( for example :you and your other half are fighting over the last kitkat)
