Had a very nice reply from Morrisons regarding my Ambrosia custard saga, where every pot I bought had a best before date of three months previous, and a £20 voucher. Very generous of them considering it wasn't really their fault that the dates were so difficult to read

Courier just arrived with 6 pint glasses and 2 vouchers for free bottles of beer!

Also had a few emails saying they are going to send stuff and asking for my address. I'm back to work next week so probably going to miss the courier (if it comes that way) unless they come after 4.

Had a pretty good week and am impressed with the generosity of some companies!

Jarlsberg - received various items like vouchers, recipe cards, bag, keyring!
Gu - received a box of truffles and a bag today!
Blue Dragon - 5x £1 vouchers
Pataks - 2x £1 vouchers
Andrex - £1 voucher

I love doing this and seeing what companies will send for complimenting them!

yes but quality control means somebody wasnt doing their job properly, they have their scanner thingys that they are suppsed to scan everything before it going on the shelf a record is made containing all the bb etc so they know what stuff they need to go and check and reduce. so its not on the shelves 3months later.
