cathedral city just emailed they are also sending me a voucher. I advised that my daughter wont let me buy any othe cheese, this is her fave and she can always tell. which she can and if i put any other in my basket she takes it out and puts cathedral city in lolAbsolutely gutted and heartbroken0

Kyle, seriously there is no need for getting petty/snarky with other members. Be grateful for what you have received instead of sulking/slinging abuse that you didn't get some samples from one company who didn't have to give you anything in the first place, they didn't have to even reply to you...0

Reply from yves rocher - no samples to give but made recommendations as to what they think would suit my skin type and advised they give 100% refund if not happy with a productAbsolutely gutted and heartbroken0

I had emailed Andrex saying how much I really like their Quilts... its true I really do! they said thanks for the feedback and we ll sned you a voucher. They did for £2 and I am very grateful as it will really save me money0

Hi! I found this board the other day and have only just started emailing different companies with feedback/compliments about their products.
I emailed 9 different companies and so far;
L’Occitane - Promised Samples
Olay - Recieved a very fast email at 11pm stating that they do not keep samples in the office! lol! :rotfl:
Nivea- Recieved £3 off coupon
Options - Promised samples of 'Dreamy Caramel'
Ribena - Recieved a very nice email.
Loreal Paris - No reply yet
Tresemme - No reply yet
Pataks - Complained about an unsealed jar of Korma which had gone mouldy, No reply yet.
Galaxy - No reply yet.

Genuine complaint to SC Johnson about a Pledge polish canister which is spraying something that looks like water, rather than polish.
They're sending me vouchers - the email contained a few helpful tips on how to use the polish (hold it upright, shake it etc) lol.0 -
ive had £44 worth of vouchers in the past 3 days!! i then went to tesco today and the total came to £70, and with a few of these vouchers and some coupons i had printed i saved £25 taking my total to £45!! and we have at least 2 weeks worth of food now!
and i have left over voucherssaving some for our big xmas shop
