    i love getting mail! :D my daughter came to help me pick the mail up from the hall way, and was so happy to be helping mummy! :D
    hopefully tomorrow we'll get something nice in the post too! x

    Good day... full size Arm and Hammer toothpaste after my email ... £10 voucher for my Mum after a genuine issue with M and S and a nice thank you email from Andrex for a compliment saying they are sending me a voucher

    On the downside have had 2 no samples from Origins and Benefit - oh well !

    received a shocking full size tub of washing tablets this morning sent recorded delivery! just for us to try :D
    feels like i've won the lottery! :D hehe

    Ooh what brand/how did you get these please? I could just do with some new washing tablets!

    In other news I got 3 lots of different shampoo and conditioner sachets from tigi bedhead yesterday for a comliment, and an offer from xen tan for samples, also an offer of a £10 voucher for TK Maxx for a genuine complaint about the disgusting state of their changing rooms, ooh and offer of a £5 voucher from sainsbury's for complaint about one of their razors which cut me to ribbons and even then didn't actually shave my legs! :mad:

    i contacted them a while ago and they said to me they only send out samples if you buy something. ..i assume you didn't buy anything?

    They said the same to me, so I sent them abuse saying they're liars.

    They replied saying sorry, but you must order something and the person I know who got samples must have ordered something to get them..
