I wonder if sending a nice complimentary email to Apple would result in a free Macbook or a new iPhone......i can only dream LOL!

hahaha my dad told me to contact land rover to see if they can send me a sample of their new range rover ;P maybe they'll send me a cardboard box with a steering wheel attached!

Hey if you dont try you will never know, u could always put yourself forward to test future apple products

I complained to ye olde oak last night about a tin of chilli having far too many kidney beans in it, and they replied this morning asking for my address so they can make ammends.

In the last few days I've had
- a refund from Sainsburys after some of the food in my online order was damages
- a promise of samples from Tigi
- a promise of samples from GSK (I am having allergic skin reactions to toothpaste, so they are sending me a few samples to see if I can use any of them)
- a promise of a sample of bio-oil

I also emailed H&S, who don't offer samples.

I probably will buy these products if I can use them without my skin reacting, so its good for me and good for them

Well I do actually live on a small off shore Island and can genuinely find it hard to find these products sometimes. You probably live somewhere where you have a large choice on where to shop, I do not.
When they sent me the email back. I didn't reply calling them liars and sending them abuse cos they didn't send me any free samples.
I did actually say thanks for taking the time to respond.

So if you think abusing folk is the way to go, fill your boots, and see how you get on.

email back from werthers thanking me for my time in telling them how much we love their product and our suggestion for a variety pack (like a choccy selection box) has been passed to the marketing team and they like the idea so we may see one in the shops next year, (may get a free one sent if they do lol)
