Frubes have just emailed to say that they have no plans at present for further choice in flavours as i suggested but they are sending me a voucher for a free box to say thanks for my feedback.

totally! make the most of it, i don't think shops can give you any kind of reimbursment for the difference. although on my tesco reciepts, i had a voucher for some things, and instead of just taking it off the products, it just prints as £2 coupon, £1 coupon etc. so doesnt specify what your actually buying, it just looks at it as payment, so you might be able to just get the rest off your shopping? so if you spend £2 of toothpaste, the £3 over could be used on other shopping? i'm not 100% sure.

or by some other means?

Any further advice on the route you took to 'compliment' them would be great

just got a £1 voucher from airwick and a thank you note saying thanks for my kind words,, i only told them their sense and spray was nice

Nandos, Duracell, Yorkshire Tea, Harvest Cheweee & Carlsberg all basically just said thanks for the feedback. Nandos have put me into a monthly prize draw, but that's it.

dont get disheartened, they are not all going to offer free stuff to everyone who says "nice product" otherwise we'd never have to shop again! hehe
i have probs had 50% success with email/contact letters! sometimes they wont reply to your email, they'll send a letter instead ive had that a few times
