I think it's great to compliment companies but I don't think posting company names are appropriate on this site as I suspect many people are trying the same companies. I just feel sorry for the little companies who think that someone is interested in their products and wants to please a "new potential customer" by sending samples not realising that its a person after a few freebies.
I agree. I only contact the companies I'm genuinely interested in buying products from, and I have gone on to buy products after receiving samples.
Some people appear to be turning this into a full-time job.0 -

i agree to not putting them on here, but i thought that was what this thread was for? i won't put names anymore just so the companies can catch a break

I loved that letter I couldn't work out what the food was. About name posting, the threads been going for years with names posted etc. but if the general preference is to not post names then I will not post any.
I got a 4 pack of deserts from a recent compliment to my favorite company. They said they was sending a sample for me to try of a new product, I wasn't expecting a full sized pack in my favorite flavour too!
Unrelated but I got a box of cereal to trial as well so a good freebie day.0 -
