I know what I like and dislike about certain products, I just can seem to make it into a sensible letter or email that doesn't seem like I'm begging or being weird! lol0
-
Just out of interest, have you all found more success from compliment letters or sample requests?0

i once complained to huggies, about the tabs snapping when i put them on my two year old, and they just didn't fit properly in general, a problem i had never encountered before. They sent me £15 in vouchers, which I thought was fab!
Until, my husband pointed out that i was in fact putting my then 6 week old boys nappies on my then two year old - so no wonder they didnt fit!
I wrote back to huggies and apologised profusely, felt extremely guilty!
they sent anouther lot of £5 vouchers for making them laugh!
Good on Huggies!! :rotfl:

Please, pretty please!:D
