I tried complimenting a load of companies a couple of weeks ago, had a few freebies, a fair amount of thanks and have been plain ignored by a lot! Not been very successful really!

Tetleys - a load of samples of their Decaff range
Cathedral City - voucher for a free pack of cheese
Options - 2 free sample packets
Innocent - thanks

I may have to try and outright ask for freebies!

Yes please (I know I'm not the person you directed this to but I'd find it useful - and it IS a genuine complaint with a receipt to back up the purchase!)
