I had an email today from Yoplait thanking me for compliment saying they would send me a voucher

I sent Cathedral City a compliment through their contact us form on the site on 1st Sept but havent heard back, how long did they take to reply to you?

Try Kettle chips. Just emailed them this afternoon saying how tasty their sweet chilli sauce and sour cream flavoured crisps are and got a reply within 15 minutes saying thank you and asking for my postal address so they could send vouchers.

Todays successes: couple of small sample bags from Dreamfields pasta, more cheese vouchers from Jarlsberg and Emmi, 3 Mexicana pens
500g sample bag of pasta from De Cecco and £5 Gift Voucher from Superdrug (complaint)

I got £4 in vouchers from Mathessons yesterday (love their turkey "bacon" and sausages) and £3 from Cheesestrings. More food for my holiday next week

Are all these email addresses on the products as I'd like to compliment Walkers on their baked crisps and Tetley on their de-caff tea:) and only ever noticed phone numbers.

for walkers i got there address off the bag of crisps and i think tetleys might have their website
