Hi, I recently designed a card on funky pigeon and as I wrote it in Welsh for my nieces birthday I showed it to my other niece to check it for me as my neices and nephew are all welsh educated. There was a slight mistake on there, no biggie, but as there was time to edit it before dispatch I tried online. There was no option to edit the inside so I rang FP and the woman said I should have been able to alter the inside text, but would do it for me over the phone. I told her the amendment I wanted, which was to change Y to an I but when the card arrived the other day the change hadn't been made, also there was no envelope and the 'do not open until...' was posted quite small on the mailing envelope. It was only a small mistake and am otherwise pleased with the card, but I don't know wether to ring or email them and see what they will say. I have gone ahead and posted the card as I needed to put money in, so don't see another sent will make any difference, but I am just a little disappointed this time with the service from FP. Also the card was bought with free credit, so i feel on the one hand I shouldn't complain, but still feel a bit let down. Any advice please on how to broach this with them? Thanks.

Hey there,
I definitely think you should contact them. If they said they would change it and they didn't there is a problem. Just send them what you told us in an email and express your feelings

Thanks suraj-potatoe I will email them now as their call centre closes @5.30 and am sometimes rubbish on the phone lol. Not really asking for anything as its too late to send another card but want their attention drawn to it. Will post back if/when I get a response.

EDIT: Sorry, but can anyone please tell me if its despatched or dispatched as they both come up as spelt correctly and with the same meaning lol!
