I think it depends what you write and who reads it.

I usually compliment and say what I like about the product and any suggestions I might have.

I've been doing the 'asda price guarantee' every week since April and so far I've had £40 in vouchers - all in small amounts, but every little helps! And it all adds up. I thought I was a fairly careful shopper until I started checking each week.
