What email address did you contact them at? I'm looking on their website but there don't seem to be any that are glaringly obvious to me for being for complaints.

They were really quick to reply too - although mine wasn't strictly a complaint, more of a rant about the price of their Macciato (or whatever it's called!) in relation to the actual quality of it!September Make £10 a Day Challenge - £16.35/£3000 -
I sent an email to Lush only this morning and had a reply very quickly. They said that they do not send free samples - only when an order is placed can they send any requests of samples as they cant justify the postage cost on freebies!:T baby boy born 01/01/2012 my New Years Day Boy

someone at work sent an email to innocent (the smoothie company) and enquired about their new range of microwavable meals. he just said that he liked the smoothies so much and bought one every day blah blah blah yada yada yada... and would love to try the meal pot but couldn't find a retailer that sold them in our local area. He hoped that he would get a free pot sent or a voucher but to our pleasant surprise a few days later 5 boxes (4 pots in each box) turned up at the office so 20 free pots in total so worth a go I say!!28/04/11 - A bad day for shoppers everywhere (Tesco shoppers that is!) Hiya
I am just woundering if any one has complained to cineworld at all? I seem to be getting no where with them on a genuine complaint they never seem to reply!!
thanks
i used to work for them (for all my sins lol) but i know that the managers gave in to complaints if they ever thought they would get bad publicity so u could always mention u will speak to local papers etc see if that helps, or go in and speak to manager and ask if they received your letterAbsolutely gutted and heartbroken0 -
Whats the longest time after a complaint you can contact a company? We went to turkey in august with a well known tour company, landed around midnight and got dropped off at thewrong hotel around 1:30 am by their transfer bus, phoned their helpdesk and was told to get a taxi to the hotel... long story short it was 3:00 am when we got to the hotel, awful really, was reimbursed by the rep for taxi fare and expected to hear more when we returned but nothing. anyone know if its too late to complain? there are more details I have not posted which add up to an ongoing problem with this british company
Cheers
i worked for a long time for a tour operator and we used to give 6weeks, unless a person was hospitalised that was the only exception, but i have noticed some companies i have holidayed with on the plane home they give out comment cards and it states on some of those that u could take it home and u had 3wks to return it.Absolutely gutted and heartbroken0
