What are tesco like for complaints? I would like to complain about not receiving the £10 top up that should have come with my phone and the lack of information their customer service provide. I'm still here without any information about what to do next, 3 days after calling them!

I complained to tescos because when I was in a local store a member of staff opened the cage door while she was stocking shelves and it smacked into my buggy with my baby in it! She looked at me like it was my fault and tutted.
Tesco sent an apology with a £5 money card!! :mad:

Rubbish... I've had one complaint pretty much ignored and another fobbed off with a £5 moneycard (when I didn't receive my £30s worth of vouchers that I should have got previously)

Wow I've been doing this for 3 weeks and have received some excellent stuff:

-lots of toiletry samples
-about £40 of vouchers (cosmetics, food and toiletries) just by sending in compliments or suggestions
-box of cakes
-loads of fabric samples for making lavender bags etc

Lots of freebies: Air wick candle, Dove conditioner, Olay samples.....

Well I had a reply to an email I sent to Nestle telling them how Smarties taste awful compared to how they used to, and that the colours are dull and shells aren't crispy... they basically said along the lines of they haven't had any other complains so they're fine lol.

Also had a reply from Heinz (I have a bottle of ketchup which is very acidic and burnt my mouth) they said to send it to them freepost so shall do that. I've got another bottle of their ketchup which tastes fine so must be a dodgy bottle.

When Crabtree & Evelyn were offering their Iris perfume samples mine arrived smashed to pieces and I cut my finger as I opened the envelope. I emailed them about it and this morning received a load of their hand cream sample sachets plus a full sized bottle of Iris.

I also had a voucher for five free Crown Carvery meals after complaining by email about a recent meal and very poor service in our local.

Received £7 vouchers from well know pet food company for genuine complaint :j
Also must have sent a complimentary email to quite a well known skin care company as I was sent 5 full size products to trial for a new range they are bringing out. I had to complete a survey which I've just done and they are going to send me a gift pack with more products as a thank you. The 5 products they send me were brilliant and I will go on and purchase them in the future. Was really plased to be choosen to do this.:j
