I got a reply and £2.50 voucher for my Cadburys roses dilemma I posted a while back, but the letter assumed i had an extra wrapper in the box, when I stated there was a chocolate without a wrapper which I thought had health and safety issues. I then replied back telling them that they have misunderstood me but have not had a reply yet. Still happy with my voucher though...:p0

I say something along the lines of 'I was very disappointed in (product name) and felt it wasn't up to the high standard I expect from (company).' then exactly what I felt was wrong in detail. I usually then say if I like their other products so hope this was simply a one-off, or I'll say I don't intend to use the product again as I was really put-off by the experience. I sometimes suggest how I feel they could improve.
I'm surprised how much I put up with disappointing products before I found MSE!
HTH a little!0
