Hi i'm quite new to this,
the other day i bought a 12 pack of tesco value crisps
but one of the packs is just filled with air and nothing in it (still not opened it though)
can someone tell me what the best way of complaining about this would be? thankyou

If it's a complaint then you'll be fine doing it via email. I would probably start by taking a photo and emailing them to explain the problem. They may then send you an envelope to return the product...or they could just send you some vouchers

I had this also from them, love the face stuff that came with the first lot. Was wondering where it came from to be honest and I know I never sent them an email saying anything nice and or bad.
