Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

    I've been Money Tipped!
I genuinely complained to jeyes as i bought a bloo toilet freshner which was suppose to last up to 4 weeks and it had gone within 10 days, thought it was a malfution so bought another as i absolutely loved the smell and it did it job very well but by the looks of it its doing the same thing as im left with a line of coloured liquid dribbling down my toilet bowl and its already half empty, anyway they asked me for my name and address and the batch code (which id thrown away) they still sent me two £2 vouchers for any jeyes product. which is a result as the first cost me 75p and the second £1 both on offer :)
it might not be much, but its better than a kick in the teeth:rotfl:

I complained to L'oreal about a mascara that when I bought it was already "off" (smell and texture) - they sent a SAE to send it to their labs for testing and I sent it but they never got back to me with a refund or explanation or apology :( - rubbish CS !
Wins so far - Numerous Glamour and Rimmel Goodies, 4 tickets to T4OTB, Tiling Tools and Paintbrush, Dova Spa Facial, 5 Tickets to Lynx Allnighter (Halloween party)

    This is a great thread!

    What I've received:
No 7 palette for genuine compliment
£8 Veet vouchers for genuine complaint ('cold' wax that wouldn't work until heated!!)

Wrote to MAC and Tigi asking for samples but no luck there.

Have complained to Burger King about the disgusting state of one of their stores, no reply yet. I wouldn't even want coupons from them because it was so grimy that I won't be going back.
  • Just emiled Morrisons. My 2 year old daughter was eating ice cream and while she went out the room I sampled it [As you do :D] and it had a piece of plastic set in it!! Checked all the packaging and it wasn't broke off anything.

I'll let you know what happens!
