first message was a automatic response thanking me for my message and letting me know someone will contact me regarding my query.

The second stated samples would be sent for my son for me to try.
~I will let you know if they materialise.

Today I had £12 Andrex vouchers for a genuine complaint that I've been meaning to write to them about for agggggges!

And an eyeshadow pallette for complimenting Boots on their Mediterranean Maternity range.

i sent a genuie complaint to countrylife and got two vouchers back for 2 tubs which is fab as they can be pricey!!

I got my first freebie. :DLush samples 7 in total. Super fast aswell. I think I emailed them wednesday night and got a response yesterday morn.

These are all the freebies I have recieved in the last 2 weeks. There are some missing. I think its absolutely great and I'm definitely going to keep up with my letters.
