I had a really bad allergic reaction to clean and clear exfoliating daily wash and wrote a very angry email to johnson and johnson and they were incredibly rude! They said they would exchange the product for something more suitable but there was no way I would use another product by them after the horrific reaction I had.

I didn't even get an apology never mind any vouchers etc!

Grrr!!

Well i emailed Mr kipling as LOVE his country slices! nothing yet they will be in touch.
I emailed Maybelline about some make up as it is truly awful! they rung me and asked for the product code..lookiing at it on the phone i realised i had emailed the wrong company..was so embarrased!! have emailed the right one and will see what happens but they were willing to refund me if it was them!
I emailed mccains and am getting sent a voucher as said i loved the sweet potatos they do..last night though i was too impatient and bought 2 bags in tescos as on offer at £1 mmm love them!
I also emailed a couple of others yet to hear!

My hairdryer went bang one night and it was the fan blade had shattered and shot the plastic out the front of the dryer. I was drying my little girls hair at time and she got a huge fright! I emailed Vidal sassoon to complain and they asked me to send it to the freepost address for inspection. I waited 2 months and various emails to them heard nothing back until last week got a replacement dryer in the post! Then yesterday the girl who had emailed me rang and asked for my address and sent me another one!! I think the dept i sent my old one too just sent out a replacement and she knew nothing about it. The one she sent me is a new top of the range one so i am well chuffed.

My dryer was a few years old too so was well out of warranty but think the nature of the fault they were just being nice.

so overall great result if a little slow to respond:T
