I was fuming - marched straight home and wrote to customer services - not long after I got a phone call from O2 apologising and they are giving me next months line rental free (£35)
Sorry to butt in, but in that guys defence, I work in a phone shop (not o2) and if you buy a PAYG phone, we are not allowed to sell it without the sim card, whatever the situation is. Obviously dont know what happened but he is just sticking to the rules.....0 -

I recently bought the new No.7 mascara, Extravagant Lashes, was dead excited...then got it home and it is The Worst Mascara Ever. There's nothing right about it, honestly! So I emailed Boots, explaining the situation. 2 hours (2 HOURS!!!Amazing!) later I receive an email saying they're going to credit my Advantage card with 1200pts, and put a different mascara in the post!
Now, I'm not one for crying wolf, and would never complain without reason, as I think it takes the p**s, but I was genuinely touched by how efficient and accomodating Boots are.0 -
Do you think I would get anything if I complained to New look about some of their staff not being respectful to customers?
I was in New Look the other day and seen the 20% off voucher so I picked one up without knowing you had to purchase something. The worker started arguing like she knew best. I was appalled by her behaviour not by the fact she didn't give me the voucher.0 -

I agree I had a problem with their powder and they send me a £10 gift voucher without any questions asked. No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
