i think she means the actual packaging is broken...
cause if you buy something thats not covered its slightly..yucky lol
would you want to eat a frozen pie that was just sitting in a freezer out of its packaging in tesco or something lol

i emailed kimberly clark yesterday to comment on the new huggies nappy pants (little walkers) i think they are fab, and they emailed me to thank me for my comments and told me they will be sending me a voucher in the post.

Emailed Princes about their ringpull corned beef.
Impossible to open. They sent a letter with £4 vouchers in it!

Cooldude I had the same problem with the corned beef ended up using a tin opener to get into it! You dont have the email address do you please as I cant seem to find it.

This week i've emailed a few companies complimenting and complaining:
Pampers - tabs keep coming off the nappies - going to send a voucher but want the nappies
Daz- came out in a rask i asked if they had changed any ingredients as doc said it could be washing powder - £4 voucher
Tampax- said new pearl was rubbish - £4 voucher
Ryvita- complimented - pass coments on!
Kelloggs - said the price of coco pop rocks were getting a bit expensive - £5 vouvher
Birds eye- complimented - nothing, will pass coments on
mc cain- complimeted - nothing, will pass coments on
huggies- I asked for coupons, they said no!!
Pearl drops - said i liked their toothpaste, they are going to send me one of their products.

All these are geuine compliments or complaints, it think its good that the companies no if you like their products or not.

I wrote asking Purina if they did samples of their new Bakers 2in1 dog food as I was reluctant to buy a big box incase my dog didn't like it. Got an email to say they don't do samples but have very kindly sent me £4 of vouchers so I can buy some and try it!

I tried a few companies last week and so far the successes are:
McCain- vouchers in the post
Andrex- vouchers in the post
Cathedral cheese- voucher to try their Dip n go snack
United Biscuits (McVities)- £6 vouchers (complaint)
Max Factor- £1.50 voucher

Unsuccessful:
Philidelphia spread (told me i get a voucher for registering on their website)
Tassimo pods (dont like paying that much for the when they are used up so quickly)
Nestle Kit Kat
Lush (told me to go to a shop and they will give me some woo who!)


Will hopefully recieve some more emails soon!! :-)
