Hey all, i wrote to some companies complimenting them and alot of them say they will pass my comments on to marketing teams? what does this actually mean? that i will get money off coupons?, thanks

my first post here! when i was about 13 my sea monkeys died, well, they didnt, i just wanted some more, and i sent a letter to benjamin toys explaining that they had died and that i had already used my 2 year guarantee, which i hadnt. i expected nothing back, maybe them telling me to print off another 2 year guarantee and send it with 2 pounds t6o cover postage and packaging. i was surprised however that they sent me another packet of water conditioner and some more eggs, free of charge too. i also tried complimenting them and i also mentioned i was looking to buy some of the products from the product list, hoping they might send me another packet of something, but no luck there!

It just means they will tell people in a different department what you have said. So no freebies or vouchers there.

Hi, Im starting uni at the end of the month and would like some free stationary, does anyone have any advice about how to get some samples by emailing the companies? Also which companies are good to try to get samples from?

Emailed Ryvita complimenting them on their products and they sent a letter within 2 days containing 2 x £1 vouchers!

Right had some problems with certain companies just lately

British gas sent me a letter to say I can have a free energy monitor and standby saver this was over 10 weeks ago. Twice contacted them first time said they send one on, rang them again 3 weeks later not sent me one so again I got told they send me one it could take 6 weeks

Yorkshire water sent me a letter to say I been selected for a energy efficient device, but didnt say what. Emailed them 4 weeks later eventually they sent me a mira shower head about £15-£20 is eco and saves water

BT keep pestering me with marketing calls despite telling them 3 times, the last time they said definitely will stop they didnt't. Emailed the boss andf got this reply
