I'm waiting for response from M&S to my complaint. Seedless grapes containing...SEEDS! I've been waiting 2 weeks so far and no one has bothered to reply!

Had a slight problem with some McDougalls steak & mushroom pies the other week - they had no steak in them! Contacted the makers (Northern Foods) and judging by the letter they sent back I don't think I'm the only one to complain. They also enclosed a £5 voucher which was very welcome!

Green and Blacks are picky about who they give samples to. You're lucky, other MSEr's got nothing.(I got something) Congrats:beer:

Thought I'd give this a try after my gf brought a can of pink hair spray which didn't appear to work on dark hair, which the can failed to state. Sent them an email saying I thought their product was rubbish in which they replied with a nice long email saying sorry, try this, this and this and if you send us your address we'll send you 4 sprays free, which they did using special delivery so they were here ready for my gf to go to a pink concert with her nicely coloured hair lol

I do this now and again when I have time!

I complained to Cadbury's as my snack size Time-Out was missing one of it's fingers and got a £6 voucher!

I complained to Muller regarding their Strawberry Muller Rice tasting like crap and they sent me £5 vouchers.

I complimented Dr Stuarts teas and they sent me three free tea bags.

I complimented Nairns on there oat biscuits and didn't hear nothing!

How did you ask G&B for a sample? I feel kind of cheeky asking for samples of chocolate!
