Well got told me reward would be ready today with the childcare costs but the systems are down all weekend. :idea:

The systems are been maintained during the weekend. People can call to make changes which will be updated when the systems are up and running again but it is not possible to view details of your award.

It is possible that it may be available at some point tomorrow but this is not guaranteed.

Sorry I just got told systems are down till Tuesday. Nothing to do with maintenance and I have rang on weekends before without a problem.

I have just rang too to change my childcare details (i am affraid now incase they mess all mine up ) i was told that the systems are down til tuesday . I have always rang tax credits before on weekends with no problem they must be doing some kind of maintenence .

Well my tax credits are now back to normal except the back payment was not given to me but spread over 30 weeks. This is no good to me as I owe the nursery money now so I rang up one the judicator and he is now getting me a back payment sent out.

All is good. Well will be when I get the money
