maybe you dont want to hear this bit i waited 7 weeks (only bringing home about £180pw at the time, most of that went out on rent & council tax) for any payments at all a couple years back, from beginning of dec til 1st week in feb.... it was a pretty miserable xmas!

are you still getting your regular tax credits? is it just the child care element your waiting for?

oh and just to add to the fun, my complaint was acknowledged but never investigated, after 6 months and about 50 phone calls they admitted they had lost my file! :rotfl:

so, its not just you thats had bad luck with them. :D from my experience when they say its been escalated and marked as urgent, its sorted in a matter of days. fingers crossed!

The whole place is shambles. My claim is a technical error and got told it will be fixed when it is.

Just been told there is no such thing as a urgent complaint. And not got to wait till Friday for a answer and if I dont get one I would have to escalate it again which would take up to another 10 working days.

I will no longer be updating this thread now and will be using another site with people on there with attitudes

    Get a grip!

What do you want us to say?

Yes, ok your claim has been a bit screwed up but what do you think we can do on a forum for you?

You have been given all the advice that you can be given and you have also received sympathy from posters as we can understand your financial situation. Unfortunately there is nothing else we can do other than wait.
