I have been reading these boards for ages, sometimes contributing, but learning loads.
I am a full time carer for my DH, with some help from 2 teenage sons and a dog.
Currently growing our summertime veg supply, whilst recuperating from my own health problems.
Lots of interests, mainly cooking, sewing, gardening.

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum thought I a keen receiver of the monthly savings newsletter. Got to love those restaurant vouchers!

I'll be 26 soon and an IT freelancer. Been pretty bad with my money for a long time though just managed to save two months expenses and it feels great. This forum/website has certainly helped.

Hoping to participate more on here, get to know everyone and save even more!

Ive been lurking around for ages but thought Id say hi tonight. Im a 32 year old sahm to 3 kids and have a fab hard working hubby who grafts every day to allow me to stay home with my babies.
Ive lost my way with 'things' since losing my Mum to cancer last year and badly need this board to tip the scales back and let me regain control of life once again, anyone want to adopt me? lol
ps the slow cooker threads are the best thing ever, Ive even converted my best mate!:T
