I would like to put a word in for the 'Glitter Chick' 2-in-one shampoo that HB are selling, 250ml for the ridiculous price of 19p.

It looks absolutely horrible...bright sickly pink with a cheap cartoon transfer on the bottle. The shelf label says RRP is £1.99 and I thought, 'huh! Don't believe that!' But tried some, only 19p so why not.

I think this product is fabulous. It is very gentle, cleans hair without leaving any residue and no itching afterwards. It has a mild cherry fragrance, and, most important of all, it leaves my hair looking gorgeous - shiny, straight, and with a lovely sheen.

I have horrid problem hair, very dry and frizzy, and have tried EVERYTHING in shampoos to try to make it flatter, more manageable and in better condition. Problem is complicated by fact that I am very sensitive to chemicals, and get a bad reaction to a lot of products. The previous best product I had found was John Frieda's Weather Works' ( at £4.50 a pop!) - but the Glitter Chick stuff beats this, easily. And all for 19p!

I bought bottles of the stuff. Would be interested to know what others think of it.

This sounds fab; I have the same hair and Weather Works is currently my shampoo of choice. Would be interested to know if anyone has seen this in either of the Sheffield stores, as I'm too busy with assignments to go out on spec :( (but not too busy to check MSE! ;))

Hi i go to the Home bargains in bridgend but ive now found out there will be A b&M opening in port talbot can someone tell me if they stock the same type of products and are they as cheap? ,please

Products at B&M are cheaper, better quality and top brands compared to Home Bargains and they have a larger selection of other items rather than cheap foreign food that H/Bargains stock

Hi can anyone tell me which offers the better products, HB Corby or Kettering? Also does anyone know if they still have the log roll in and any other gardening products?
