That reply had little to do with the question...unless you are saying that if the wrong SEL (different product entirely) was in front of an item Tesco can refuse DTD.

I was behind a lady today who got some outdoor christmas lights - scanned at £11.24 ( i think?) and she said that the SEL said £9 - the girl called a supervisor and just adjusted the price to £9. they were the white diamond effect ones that you put on your windows ( sorry couldnt see exact description as I would have looked like a stalker leaning over!;) )

Got my 2nd dtd today and boy its was a good one.

I saw huggies baby wipes plus aloe & vitamin sel bogof ended 9/12

I knew that offer had finished and a new one of 3 for £4 had started as I noticed online last night.

I bought 14 packs and was charged £20.86 I shoudl have been charged £17.01 so dtd would make it £7.70

Get this the TEAM LEADER at customer service refunded me £20.86 back onto card and told me it was there fault and that they refund me the full money and I get to keep the item.

I couldnt belive it I was soooo chuffed. Thats me stocked up on the wee mans wipes for a while all for FREE woop woop

Sorry for the long post but I am so so chuffed about this as I always follow this thread and look for dtd and I cant belive I found one.

hi never quoted before but just love this site!
Went to tesco and the have a 25% off ladies and mens coats.
got a coat from the true range (for larger ladies) the 25% didnt come off at the till , so went to customer services and insisted on double the difference back (thanks to reading this site) and got £15 refunded on a £30 coat.....what a bargin!!
