** Possible misprice **
Last night I noticed a Very Best Of Father Ted dvd, with a yellow £6 SEL. Seemed cheap to me for a compilation?
No scanner in store and I didn't want it, but, I've checked on Tesco Jersey website and They're selling it for £16.97!!

So, this could turn out to be a nice dd for someone!0 -
BAD MIS-PRICE ALERT:
Tried to buy a Griffin iTrip that was marked down to £20. It scanned at £40 and the manager kept saying that the £20 SEL hadn't been "authorised" and the product was too heavily discounted, so he wouldn't sell it for £20. My husband managed to argue his way through, saying it was illegal not to honor the price on the SEL (especially because we know that display had been there for at least 1 week, b/c we almost bought the thing LAST week), and the manager FINALLY put the thing through for £20.
Hopefully they've sorted the display now, but in case they haven't, BEWARE! This was in a large central London Tesco.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
would like to win a holiday, please!!

Good to get it for £20 but you were entitled to DTD ie paid £40 SEL £20 so £20 misprice therefore £40 DTD so item free0 -

Nice spot would only be DTD if the item scanned at higher than the £6 SEL. However good buy even if scanned at £6 (if you liked Ftaher Ted!!). If it scans at £16.96 entitled to £10.96 DTD so £21.92 refund for £16.97 outlay.
So would be about £5 up with free DVD!! (ask for price check)0 -
Hello. I'm afraid I'm new to this after having been sent info on the salt and pepper pot glitch the other day. THanks for that one whoever discovered it. What I wanted to ask was don't Tescos get a bit suss with you constantly going to the Customer SErvices desk asking for DTD refunds on things. Would they ban you for constantly buying these things and then claiming the DTD? I'm just worried that I'd feel a bit conscious about doing this. THank you.

Could somebody explain to me, or point me to an explanation of how DTD works? I have trawled back through this thread and cannot figure it out, I want to know exactly how this works and how to approach CS if the need arises in futureWe have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0
