I've just bought one of these new festive Cath Kidston bags in Tesco...



The bag should have cost £3.50. It went through the till as 'Bikini Paint' (what an earth is this???) and cost £1. I also got 20% off (a Womenswear promotion???) so the bag cost me 80p :T :T :T :T

I don't understand what's happened but I'm not going to complain...

Bought one today - SEL showing £24.98 - but charged £29.98 - so £10 DTD. I had to 'work' for it though - queued up at CS for ages only to be told had to go back to electrical desk. Electrical desk SA did not offer DTD - said "I will refund and re-sell the item to you".. I said what about DTD - she said not doing any more - I read out the sign behind her - then she said she didn't have authorisation to do it - so could I go back to CS desk :mad: :mad: etc etc.....They sure don't make it easy!

Big DTD today:j

Went to buy 2 Morphy Richards Bagless vacuum cleaners. OOD SEL stated Half price £64.98 both scanned at £129.97. Not sure how the refund equalled £260 with DTD but it did and walked away with the two items and Tesco paid me 6p to do so!!!

Only problem was all managers in meetings and made to wait 15 mins whilst serice desk awaited approval.

well played with the vacuums that is awesome dtd im still dtd virgin i live over the road from big 24hr tescos but haven't found anything yet, im always checking on here then going over

i just got an email from Tesco Direct to say a christmas tree is back in stock etc.
the GF was in the store on Tues looking at tree's and phoned me to say they have this and that i said i would look online at them so i could see what she was talking about so i could see if i liked it...
on the site it was 7.50 (but all tree's were out of stock) in the store it was 15quid. i said wait we'll and get it online and i rang tesco direct to check if they were coming back in or if they had all been put on the site but hadn't recieved the stock, thats right he said we aint had them all delivered yet might be 1 to 2 weeks. went back to the site to tick the "email me when back in stock box"
just got an email there to say its in stock so thought will get it now before they sell em at 50% off etc, the same thing is now £17.50... orig price state's 30 and says HALF PRICE On All Christmas Trees And Lights T&C Previous price charged between 30/10/08 to 09/11/08

so i looked on the 11th... am i screwed or are tesco at fault... sadly i have deleted my history so have no proof...
i just think its abit wrong, you see the advert they don't have any and when they do they have jacked the price up so your paying the same, i know they do this all the time but when its a day apart its abit rough. saw the ad on monday
