Funnily enough. I happened to be in one our local Tescos last night and in fond memory of days gone by, checked out CS for the promise board. Not one to be found anywhere? Is it worth a call to HQ?0

Today bought the little net of 12 Babybells at Tesco which are meant to be 83p as per SEL. Went through till at old price of £2.29. DTD for me

Today bought Gressinham Duck - clearly marked as half price on packaging and label, came home checked receipt and it has been charged at full price of £7.90

If customer services is by the door, which it normally is, head for the door whilst studying your receipt, slow down as you get one foot outside, look puzzled, look hard at the receipt (by now both feet outside the threshold) and realise you have been overcharged. Back to CS. Say "I think I have been overcharged for this item..." That way you have actually left the store, but they cannot say you have gone home and fiddled with anything as you will still be on CCTV, as all stores will have the entrance filmed.Thank you , but what if you do not see a Board at CS's, i was in the new store last night were the CS counter is the Cig counter too or at least the same person,, i could not see the Our Promise board

There should be the large OUR PROMISE blue board in or around the customer services desk. As it is quite large it may be on a wall nearby or possibly on a wall at 90 degrees to the desk. In any event EACH TILL usually has a small version (A5 - 15x11cm) on the till somewhere. It used to be on the plastic bit between scanner and customer where you would write your cheques (remember cheques anyone??) but could be anywhere.
It is worth checking out these lables as some still say R&R although not sure how strong that would stand up when you ask for R&R when charged 1p too much on your 42" plasma!!!after all is it not the actual till you purchase your item from where the contract is made?? Any legal eagles wish to comment?
I miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.
