My local had Pampers Active fit nappies on a promotion stand with baby dry nappies, they should not be in the offer, tesco honoured price as £8.00 should be £11.98.

They removed the sign in my local as I was at the till but worth checking in your stores. ;)

Just got 8 bottles of champagne on double the difference:

SEL = £14.00 for Francois Dubois instead of £28.00

Bought 8 bottles for £224 minus a 5% discount for buying more than 6.

Spoke to customer service who checked SEL and the SEL was 1 day out of date.

Offered £14 per bottle refund but pointed to the double the difference sign behind desk and after a lot of discussion given the full £224 refund minus the 5% discount as they stated I could not have back more than I paid- so unfair!!

So walked out with 8 bottles basically free of charge!!:j

Cheers Heskpesk - picked up some of these today. The're still out there folks.........

Iams 1kg actually showing 2 for £8 in my Tesco so no DD opportunity for me-thanks though
  • I am thinking of going to our 24 hour Tesco just after midnight on the day that one of the Champagne offers expires, hoping that they might not have cleared the label on the shelf, and that I can therefore get some of the Champagne on offer

My Tesco wont sell alcohol after 11pm, but I hear that some do have a 24 hour licence so you'd probably have to check yours first before buying.
