Last week I purchased some parsnips that were reduced from £1 to 10p, when these went through the till they scanned at £1. Noticed this before leaving, so waited 15 mins for CS to open as was early morning, and the CS lady checked details and refunded me my £1.
It was only later that I thought have they short changed me, as DTD on 90p is £1.80, does the DTD policy apply on reduced items?0 -
