I got some makeup gallery makeup yesterday,the lipgloss is horrible.. so thick and sticky. The lipsicks and lipliners seem ok though.

I always find the kodak battery range are great value for money and they last a good length of time compared to higher priced batteries.

Thanks for the heads up about the One Direction Annual, I got one for my five year-old niece earlier..she'll probably make me read it out to her!!

Used a £1 off £10 spend voucher/receipt (not as good as usual) which was set to expire in a few days. Today I got a voucher for £3 off £18 spend (spent £10 this time..suspect the discount voucher you get is dependent on your spend?). Runs out 18 December.

(From Trongate, Glasgow): Got a twin pack of women's Bear Brand natural 15 denier appearance (not sure what that means!), one size tights and girl's Bear Brand tights, black opaque with silver glitter stars design, age 6-7. Good for stockings, anyway, no pun intended.

Has anyone had the sally Hansen nail varnish from pound land?
I got some today as a stocking filler, is it any good?

Does anyone know if their new make up range will replace the backs with the branded names in as I couldn't see any in my store today. Be a real shame if they stop selling them I buy most of my make up via those packs you have to have a good look but can find some really decent names sometimes.

I would be very, very surprised if that happened.

Poundland sells overstock, end-of-line, foreign products, etc, and their older makeup brands are Allura, Chit Chat, etc.

Some of the Poundland skincare products are branded Derma V10. They still sell other, established and trusted skincare brands as and when they get them, so I'm certain the non-Poundland makeup won't disappear.

Selling Poundland-only products would kill their customer base and it would be an astonishing, and likely deadly, move for them to make!
