Hi Tawny_Owl:Asorry to hear you have problems with Poundland's emails, I've never had an issue (I have hotmail.com and hotmail.co.uk addresses)? In Argyle Street, Glasgow Poundland got I some Kallo Rice (and Corn) Cakes yesterday. I noticed last time I was in they had paracetomol capsules 3 for £1.

These are usually considerably more expensive than tablets or caplets.

When i've a cold or mucky throat I always take capsules- even though they are bigger in size- I can't stand the taste of the coating on the others!

Thanks for the post, and the blog. The colours are nice, but if you look at the photos carefully, the product bleeds (a common problem I find with glosses). Not a good look and enough to stop me from using a product twice. Having said that, the lipsticks in the new Ppiundland range don't bleed

The other day I picked up a thermal lidded mug (part of the Valentine's Day promotion). Its a good size, but a synthetic resin. Can only be a matter of time before the lidded ceramic ones make an appearance. Also plastic measuring beakers, these are handy as I'm sure it's a matter of time before my Pyrex one gets smashed!
