Looking at the items on the website, a lot of the items seem to what they have been selling for a while but just rebranded as Jane Asher, eg the plastic cake box is identical to the one I brought over a year ago. But will check out when I next go into town0 -

I thought that, they only new thing I noticed was the rectangular plastic cake box, which is something I have been keeping an eye out for.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

It's one of a series of novels by Jasper Fforde (the 6th book in the series).
They're very funny in a Douglas Adams kind of a way.0 -

It is true that they seem to have been re-branded. I went into the Carr Street Poundland today and saw different coloured dishes then I went into the Tower Ramparts Poundland to see the same dishes but with a Jane Asher label.
I also managed to pick up different Revlon nail varnishes in the Carr Street store too.Competition Wins:

Re: One of Our Thursdays is Missing - book by Jasper Fforde. I love this series, the books are so funny. It's a bit of a convoluted plot, but you can get the first 5 books from The Works for £7.99:

I think it's incredible that Poundland have the gall to do this. I was in the Lancaster store the other day and they were playing a loop of Jane Asher claiming that she actually designed them! Clearly we all know she didn't! Astonishing. I'd really like to see Poundland be pulled up over this, it must contravene some trading law or other. I think Jane Asher may also come to regret her involvement in this as it's really not good for her credibility.charlie-chan wrote: »It is true that they seem to have been re-branded. I agree but don't feel too strongly about it. Brands mean little to me, which is why I shop at Poundland in the first place.I think it's incredible that Poundland have the gall to do this.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
