It is true that they seem to have been re-branded. I went into the Carr Street Poundland today and saw different coloured dishes then I went into the Tower Ramparts Poundland to see the same dishes but with a Jane Asher label.

I also managed to pick up different Revlon nail varnishes in the Carr Street store too.

thanks i didn't realise that there was a branch in tower ramparts! thanks!

The gardening tools aren't bad. I had to cut back two trees in my garden and used a gardening saw from the 99p shop and secateurs (sp?) from Poundland. Job was easily done in 45mins.

I'm on the lookout for hanging basket seed disks (the ones you just stick in the basket, add soil, water for a bit and hey presto....result). I would much rather pay £1 than the £2.49 I have seen them advertised at, please let me know if you see them anywhere?

Packs of 2 in home bargains, think they were £1.49. They had busy Lizzie's and petunias - various colour mixes.

I went into Leeds yesterday and the land of pound had lots of the "famous brands" make up pockets again. Pack of 3 Barry M eyeliner pencils, eyeliner pen and crayon duo, and I got a maybelline mascara. The eyeliner stuff was an some lovely but summery colours - didn't see any of your usual blacks and browns. But I thought they were very cute so have got some for my next holiday :T

The 184g bag of MIDGEES is £1.90 - the 65g ROLL BAR is 85p

Sure I've seen the BAR in Tesco also

Just for the sake of completeness .... (I saw one of these today)

... and if you are that "addicted" to these ...

.. you could always suggest this as a Birthday or Xmas present ...

    About 6 inches in diameter
    About 14 inches tall

Overall a 3lb/1.4kg jar of TOOTSIE

Found some crampex tablets , pack of 12 which had cost me £2.85 when I'd bought them a few weeks ago in Tesco. Also got some of the Jane asher tongs , only because they looked nice & I needed a set, naff all to do with Jane Asher.
