Just bought Virasorb Cold Sore Cream, this is £4.99 in boots
  • Today I picked up the pretty twist and out nail polish remover. It's supposed to be a quick and easy way to take off your nail polish.

I think its supposed to be a dupe for the bourjois magic nail polish remover, which there was a bit of a hype about. I thought it worked quite well.

I tried to post pictures of them both so you could see how similar they are, but as a newbie it wouldnt let me

Home bargains do a similar peach one that's cheaper at 89p....but.....
I can't vouch for the poundland one because I've not tried it but the home bargains one left my nails in such a dry, peeling, horrible state that is taken about six weeks for them to recover.
You are probably ok if you use them occasionally, but if like me you used it daily you'd be much better with an acetone free remover that's kinder to your fingers.
I've learned that cheap is great but can be very bad indeed for my nails :(

Thankyou for the nail stamps , I wouldn't have given them a second glance, managed to get two packs that had fallen off the racks and were covered in other stuff, also thanks re the film,I'd have made the same mistake, I think it can get quite addictive :)
They had some lovely " cup cake " gift boxes in Hounslow today , with the gift bags ect but would be great for gifts too

Same here left my nails so dry and brittle, ironically it smelt of nothing but acetone which my family definitely remarked on as it stunk out the room really bad. It took off the polish very quickly and easily though to be fair.
