Thanks Lyndsey, at least I'm looking in the right place!
When I first asked about the fruit bushes they led me to believe that they can order specific lines. I ask for them every time I'm in my local store but they've said that the bushes are on the system ready to order but that they can't actually order them yet. I assume that they so have some leeway with ordering but other stuff is just sent in.
Fingers crossed :sigh:!They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.0 -
I must have missed the original post as it is refered to above, today I got a nail stamping kit. I saw exactly the same thing in the ideal home show last week and it was lots more money! However, I haven't had any success trying to use it, it looked a lot easier than that when it was being demonstrated!!0

Picked up a pot of Revlon lip balm like this 1 on Boots website http://www.boots.com/en/Revlon-Super-Lustrous-8482-Lipgloss_12453/ for £6.99 it doesn't give much of a tint to your lip's it's very subtle but a nice hint of watermelon flavour & a really handy wee lipbrush built into the lid so you don't need to dig into the pot.
Didn't see any berry bushes at all building with lego just lot's of flower plants.Booo!!!0 -

Sorry if this has already been mentioned but I saw Andrew Collinge Colour Therapy shampoo in the Lakeside Branch today. This matches the conditioner they were selling sometime back0

Hello I also saw the nail stamps at the Ideal Home EX selling for £20 for 3 plates, but eventually managed to get them in the Reading store for £1 per plate. I got 3 plates p31, p32 and p48. and would be interested to know any other plate numbers available. Debbie I am not sure if you saw but there is a very thin layer of plastic that you need to remove from the discs before you start.
It does take some practice, search for Konad tutorials on youtube for help. I have a pic of my nails but not sure how to attach0 -

With nail stamping a lot depends on the polish you are using as well. Don't use fast drying polishes like Rimmel 60 Seconds because they are just too quick and have dried before you can stamp.
Barry M Foil Effects make brilliant stamping polishes I add, the gold or silver look stunning stamped over a darker colour such as deep blue or black.
Also, the scraper included in the cheaper sets is a bit crap, use an old clubcard etc, much easier to clean off as well.
If you are genuinely interested in nail art and stamping etc some of us ladies from here founded our own forum last year, we are called Nail Polish Addicts Anonymous and we share tips, blogs, swapsies, grabbits etc.
