Just a thought- in my town centre you can hire mobility buggies
DD's mate used one after foot surgery - she was going stir crazy and her mum suggested it.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

No Nick Sharratt books in the Bury branch today but some nice Driver Dan books for younger children. They had board books and little 'small library' packs (four or five little books in a box)

No decent children's books in my local, but about 15 cookbooks - all which looked rather nice quality. All for different things like slow cooking, diabetic, meat, fish, chocolate etc etc. Very nice looking and might make a nice cheeky gift
