We loved this gadget in our student house but the grease it left on the bottom of the oven, YACK!!!

That's why you put a tray/foil/liner on the shelf below or bottom of the oven!
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.
  • They had cafeterias and glass infuser teapots today, I thought that was pretty good.
I've used the cafetiere from Poundland - I can confirm that it makes a great coffee! (And I'm a coffee snob...) Also someone seems to be selling them very well on ebay for about £4! £3 profit per item!

lol :D thanks for that! I'm a children's and youth worker so I may buy some under the guise of using them as prizes and read them before I hand them over. :p Saw brill looking toy story and lion king ones, they're only little but look great and are hardback, think they're ladybird. Personally I wanted the aladdin one, had such a crush on him when I was 5. :o

I've just discovered that the Poundland mesh oven tray that is marketed as a chip crisper makes an excellent pizza crisper too - the turned - up corners make it easy to pull out of the oven as well. I do like dual purpose items.

I am not finding mine any good at crisping?? bought mine at Asda for £2 but is the exact same one I noticed today :o
