  • Went on a spending spree again yesterday in whoolies and on-line with approved foods. Have yet to fill my spending diary in.
Think I need to sit down a write a list of clothing requirements out for the kids.Apart from Underwear, I am going to be an a challenge not to buy any new clothes for myself after new year for a year.
Going to Cusworth Hall later for a Christmas creative event for the kids. When I get back, need to get ALL ironing done, then properly sort through their clothes. Also want to make a list of clothes I need/want, before new year. Really need to get out of this spending habit I am finding myself in. I know alot of it is comfort shopping, hench the need/want list.

Definatly only need new underwear next year now (still need to sort though it all to know what needs replacing)
Then today I have been bad and used a buy now pay later code on catalogue for beds for the boys.
Just had induction for decency homes works, and need to move the boys bed, its where it is as being kept against two walls which is holding it together, it can't survive another dismantling. Have ordered steel tube framed bunk beds instead. Since I know what the cost is going to be, I have decided to dedicate my £1 a day savings account to paying for the beds when they become due. (rest of catalogue should be paid off by then.)

  • Finally managed a NSD yesterday:j:j so that is 2 out of 7 now.
Spent yesterday tackling mount ironing. I reached the summit and now just have to come down the other side of it!!:o
I know I need to be more planned and organised for next year. From my approved food shopping, I am going to be making up 60 goody bags, for the kids to have with their sandwiches (having decency homes work start) What goodies are not put into these bags, the kids can have over the Christmas holidays.
My decorations will defiantly be coming down on the 12th day of Christmas, as the day after they are doing the windows. and starting work on my house. The fact I have yet to put decorations up is irrelevant:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
I will be doing a new diary in the new year. I am presently working on its layout.
Ok I admit it, I'm avoiding facing mount ironing again. Ok I will be a good girl and go and do another batch of ironing for half an hour (two skirts:o):rotfl:

  • ok its 1.10pm and I am still not dressed, but I have tackled and completed mount ironing :j:j:j:j(did more than half hour, did just short of 2hours worth):T.
Now I will just have to iron the stuff that is in the washer and needs washing. but that wont be for at least another two hours:T:T:T:T:o.
Guess I should get dressed, then carry on tackling my bedroom that's still upside down after moving the furniture around in there. Also need to bag up my Avon for delivery tonight.
But I think it is lunch and cuppa time first.:coffee:

  • Well Santa Claws is defiantly NOT coming to the cats tonight. Talk about hyper, my poor tree is not designed to have 3 cats scrabbling within it chasing each other.
Hope they don't trash all the presents I have finally placed underneath. Really worried about the hampers I have made up as they have been under a couple of days and think the cats may have been going nuts mosts night, with the amount of ornaments I keep picking up off the floor and hanging back on tree. Fingers crissed that we dont come down to scratched opened gifts and a toppled tree.
