I did my HHC 2 to half past. Managed to

Put new bedding on and make beds
    Do a little dusting
    Wipe door frames
Scrub stickyness from under dining table that OH put his foot on yesterday and went mental about (who puts bare feet under a table kids have just been eating at??)
    Put washing up away.
Start sorting through the linen cupboard which I am about to go and finish, just having a coffee first.

Can I have a dog biccy to go with it please Pigpen?

I cleaned up some glass I broke the other day.. yeah yeah.. it took this long.

After my cuppa I am off to wipe the world dustless!!

Kazwookkie- I totally agree with you. I have been spending the morning getting insurance with post office. Hopefully will make me a profit ;)

Pig pen does do a weekend list if you want to do it. Thankfully none of this HAS to be done.

A lot of the weekend list is catch up and things that may need to be done any way.

Some people do the weekend lists others just ignore it ;)

Well DS decided not to make it to the toilet so now I have cleaned the kitchen and bathroom floor too :D:D Glad I hadn't done it earlier now otherwise would have had to do it twice.

Good for you, sorry if I sounded like a nag!!! :o

Not at all Sarah -so many parents, I feel, over indulge their kids - mine have never been spoilt and the concept of part time jobs was discussed when they were younger. I have always said that if they want stuff they must save up for it, now they have the option to earn but see friends with the latest phone, laptop etc just given to them. I think he thinks that he can have the same - well he can't. I work part tiem and I'm a single parent. ExH pays the minimum. Money is tight - hard luck kids!

    So many thanks.

BTW he gets the leaflets the day before the papers - and he's sorted them. I had to pop out (for more paint) and when I returned he was up and working, having been spoken to.

    Fingers crossed.

    Afternoon all

Why am I helping DS3 create a model of DH's head before we go away and proof reading DS1 GCSE geography redraft?

Michelle beleive me it does not get easier getting ready for holidays as they get older, you just learn that the world does not stop if you forget things/leave things undone - OH has been in Zurich all week and will get home late Friday night, we leave 6:00 Saturday morning - at least we won't leave on a row as I'll have done it all without him driving me mad being on the pc. Please try to decide what really would be a disaster (ie no meds which are required) and try to not worry about the rest. I know that is easy to say but from experience it really is not worth it.

Right Mum due in a minute so I am unlikely to acheive anything now before 7:00
