Soappie - should also add - are they sure they have come to end of the road. Family Law is an expensive business and they will be lining solicitors pockets. Law should only be last resort - notwithstanding the fact if it is the end - can't stress enough to bite the bullet and go down that road.

Well not the best day today - spent too long curled up on the sofa feeling sorry for myself and then getting annoyed for doing that
Bucked up a bit now though and have cleaned toilet and sink but left the bath cos it's not easy to do with a broken arm!! Am now contemplating sorting the pc desk!
Think I need someone to shout loudly for HHC sometime tomorrow afternoon after I get back from shopping - there's loads to do.

hope all are ok
not had chance to read the whole thread though i'll try and work my way through it....think my last check in was monday night. DH is studying so i'm watching tv and waiting for my mum to ring me back!
flying has been zero this week so far, though I had a good go at the weekend. i did manage to sort the contents insurance though. my colleague has been off sick this week so i've been busy covering her walking groups but its all good exercise!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

broken 3 nails cleaning the kitchen., roll on Friday.. one is beyond saving and the other 2 are glued to death.

washed half the kitchen floor
mucked out the bunnies
AND done another half hour trashing in my bedroom
Sorted a binbag for chairty shop and a huge mountain for ebay but can't list them because I have no finger nail so cannot type!!
Sorted DD1's mobile contract
Got a letter from student loans company saying we have paid it off in the post AND
