Many thanks folks, and thank you to all those that send me a private message as well.
I haven't had time to catch up with 10 pages!!
All went well yesterday, and thge rain held off.
Mum is buried in a new grave yard, and is first in, which I think she would enjoy knowing, she has the most stunning views of the coast line, as the new grave yard is up a small hill / slope, as the land had to be cleared the parish council are going to re seed the whole area, which will be good.
Thank again. I'll be back in a day or so into this thread, and I'll get flying again.
I hope everyone else is ok and hugs to those that need them.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Morning all
So go on who has rain today? It has just started here so washing still sitting by the door. I wanted to take DS2 to practise his dirtboarding and collect blackberries with DS3 but I'm not going in the rain.
Kaz - how many blackcurrent bushes have you got? Could you swop some of your crop with somebody who doesn't have any for something else?
Mudbath how is your Dad's eye now?
Kazawookie I are glad your Mum is in such a lovely resting place, thinking of you over these coming days
jackie don't give up, how old are your kids? Can you get them to help a little. DS3 (6) has just been sent around the house to empty bins as dustcart due soon.
Right to the shower and then hoovering and moping floors downstairs is first on the agenda then more paper mache which is surprisingly relaxing. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Oh dear, Im not doing very well im afraid. I just cant seem to get a minute when the kids are about.
I dont know how some of you manage it, care to share your secret?
I look at my house, and am so ashamed, if I could just get a day to myself I know I could catch up.
Oh well, if I just get a S&S in the kitchen today I will be doing well. Working today, so I wont get much done at all.
Jackie
Awww babe..... don't feel bad! Sometimes it gets like that. SO many people say on here that they don't have immaculate houses, and it's true!
My friend said to me... wise words of wisdom coming up...... " which would you rather have - a kitchen floor you can do heart surgery on, or happy kids?" Quite frankly, the cleaning/tidying will always be there, our time with our children is short and precious. Don't waste time feeling ashamed for what you haven't done, give yourself a pat on the back for what you have achieved. Believe me there are days when if I've managed to S&S anywhere, I'd count it as miraculous!!:T
Hope you have a good day today chick!!!MMSSB Club Founder Member

morning ladies.
we too have rain this morning - the rubbish sort that is only drizzle really but can't hang stuff out. Pretty annoyed with it as i had wiped the washing line and started pegging stuff out when it started.
Got loads to wash today too as DS2 nappy leaked this morning, so our bottom sheet is wet. Also forgot to give DS1 a coat for nursery - hopefully they won't take him out to play if it is raining.
Oh well, will have to airer juggle and see how i can best do stuff inside, as i need to get clothes done for the hols.
Really tired as well as DS2 has started waking twice a night for feeds again, and also woke yesterday evening for a feed after he had been asleep for an hour. Must be another growth spurt.

kazwookie-glad it went well yesterday.
Mudbath Sorry to hear about fingers. Hope you can get something organised soon.
loopylouHello- I also tend to add things from the day before if I haven't got round to doing it in the hope that I may do it later in the week. Have to admit most of the time it stays on the list until Sunday when we start a new thread and my list 'disappears'

Morning all, didn't do TOO well last night I'm afraid - by the time I'd finished work and done the shopping, made tea, ate tea and washed up it was 7.30, then it was 9.30 by the time I'd done the jobs that I did get done and by then I was sick as a pig and feeling a bit pre-menstrual so I gave up for the night.

Car in for its MOT today (good vibes please, it's 13 years old!) so depending on the outcome, may need to leave work early to collect it/take it to the garage, which may mean I get home earlier than normal and can get on with flying.
Kazwookie - Having not had time to read the thread right through, I'm not too sure what was happening yesterday, but glad all went well. I lost my mam earlier this year and it's nice when you can think of them like "she'd be pleased to know she has a nice view" - that's how they'd like to be thought of I think, rather than with tears and sadness.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
ooh goody.. the £136 from quidco has just cleared.. I now have 1 more bill to pay this months and I will be up to date with everyone..
