    thanks, valli, i used flour as i always do and it worked a treat - no more whisking in a saucepan for me!!

    everything now done except the pud which i'm just going to make...nigella express choc mousse!

    lou - I wouldnt use the raspberry vinegar. Just bung the machine on its hottest setting if you dont have soda crystals or vinegar. That should clear it :D[/q

    Last time I broke my machine, my lovely mending man told me I should do a boill wash once a month to clear all the globs and gunky bits out of the pipes and non pipey bits. I wash towels, sheets, undies work stuff etc on boil, and it seems to work.
    I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

    Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

    Yes, I've only had half a cider and I feel half pished...

    We are going to see Miles Jupp in the Fringe. We saw him last year and I really liked him. Got tickets for Tina C (never heard of her) for tomorrow, but they were free so I dont care if its carp :D

    okay.....I was being a tad ambitious:)
    but most of its done!!
    DS 13 Ds 10 Ds 8 and DD 6 all helped, so did my friends 2 kids!!!
    Ds13 made lunch quasidias....they were gorg!!
    Sitting down now for 30 mins to rejuvanate!!:)
    DD wants to make twinks hobnobs later on.....and DS 8 is argueing with her....as apparently he is the chef of the family????...The JOYS!!!!!!:)

    Monday Melee - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
    [strike]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces[/strike]
    [strike]Clear 1 window sill[/strike]
    Level Two
    [strike]Sweep and mop floors[/strike]

    Scrub out the sticky fridge!
    [/strike][strike]Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary) [/strike]
    Level Three
    [strike]Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round[/strike]
    [strike]Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc [/strike]

    Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
    [/strike]Clean out your mankiest kitchen cupboard..
    Extra Mission : help yourself

    3. Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps.. a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!

    Right im in for this week, haven't done flylady in months and months:D

    other jobs to do:

    [strike]wash stack of dishes that dh refuses to do[/strike]:mad:
    send off ebay stuff
    tidy up toy basket and sort through it
    [strike]sort out my mags to give to mum[/strike]
    [strike]get on with all the washing/drying etc[/strike]

    Missed a couple today, wasnt sure if po was open as its a holiday here, put that on list for tomorrow, did sort through the boys clothes cubboard and have filled 2 black bags of stuff that no longer fits them, think i'll ebay them as clothes still looking quite good, surprised at that really:rotfl:
