It's not a DAB radio. It is a Freeview box.

Christmas "buy now" price drops started - DAB radio for £34.99 at Dixons - delivery is £4.99 but I saw one in store for the same price - save the delivery.

Just picked up a leaflet from Aldi. From next Thurs (17 Nov) They'll have a DAB for £44.99 was £59.99 last year. Seems quite good also has FM, 200 pre-sets and is mains or battery,

As is normal with their specials you'll probably need to be quick.

Not on the website yet but probably will be in next few days.

Given the indifferent reception quality in different parts of the country, DAB reception is not too bad at all on the train using my Pure 2000. HOWEVER, it is a waste of time on Pendolinos and little better on Voyagers (something to do with the high metal content, of these trains, acting like a Faraday cage). :mad:
