No, I haven't got a paper yet, you need 3 consecutive codes so I am going to try and get Tuesday to Thursday if I can get to a paper shop, I don't live in walking distance of one. :)

Would I get away with doing this?

I need to book a return to Heathrow T5. Using BISTRO Airports are not allowed. However if I select one of the Heathrow hotels that seems to drop from the same bus I want I can use the promotion.

Coming back i would be a no show at the hotel and just get on ant T5 which is the next stop.

Would I get away with that do you think??

Where are you travelling from as the last time I got the coach from Southampton to LHR it just went round the airport terminals before terminating at the central coach station so this might not work.

Am in the same situation as I also need a coach to the airport (hopefully at a discounted rate).

    Banbury to Heathrow.

Service stops at Heathrow T5 on the way down before going to the hotel stop. So just need to get off early. Coming back, if I had got on at the hotel I need to get off at T5 to get the bus I actually want to get home anyway, so it's more the coming home bus I'm concerned about. If I'm a no show from the hotel but am a show at T5 would they make a fuss?

Its £97 to the airport or £57 using code and getting off early

National Express boycotts ‘hidden extras’ with nationwide £9 coach fare
From 1 July cash conscious travellers can visit any town or city on the National Express coach network for just £9 - as the company introduces Britain’s cheapest nationwide travel offer.

National Express is boycotting hidden extras with the £9 one way deal. They guarantee customers that the price advertised is the price they pay – with no booking fee or “hidden extras” like luggage charges or seat reservations. The only stipulations are that travel is booked 14 days in advance and airport and event routes are excluded.

Customers can travel to over 900 destinations across England, Scotland and Wales for £9 one way, while over 60’s make the journey for as low as £4.50 thanks to their concessionary discount.

One of the longest coach journeys that can be made is Exeter to Edinburgh. It breaks down to just 2 pence per mile without the stress of driving. Other destinations available to book from 17 June include:

    Exeter – Inverness
    Aberystwyth – Skegness
    London – Liverpool
    Newcastle – Bristol

Andrew Cleaves, Managing Director National Express Coach, said: “We operate Britain’s only nationwide transport service and are committed to making travel accessible and affordable for everyone. Consumers are fed up of complex travel deals that make you jump through hoops to secure the lowest fare, so we’re boycotting hidden extras with our £9 go anywhere deal.

“The £9 deal is available to everyone, regardless of where you live – it simply needs to be booked 14 days in advance. We travel to over 900 destinations nationwide, so it’s a unique opportunity to explore Britain this summer and visit somewhere new.”

The offer is available through National Express’ website, travel shops, coach stations and through 08717 81 81 81 and allows customers travel to over 900 destinations across England, Scotland and Wales. Over 60’s can travel anywhere for as little as £4.50.
