Aww sorry for jinxing you Hypno
Luckily mine has been okay today, I'm hoping I can hang on till my appointment in 2 weeks as otherwise I will have to see a different dentist and I am phobic about them anyway, but have got used to my dentist so really dont want to have to see someone else
Luckily I qualify for free dental treatment with my tax credits, otherwise I'd be thousands in debt

Good Luck BenBen, I know you'll easily be able to do this and I can't wait to read all about it. I just wish I was half as organised and full of get up and go as you.0

Hmmm, not having a great evening ... all was fine till I picked ds up from school, apparently he grabbed another kids neck at playtime, his mother isnt happy and said if it happens again she's going to see the head and wants something done about ds   We (me and his teacher) asked him why he did it and he said he doesn't like playtime, its too chaotic and too many people running round etc, which all ties in with what the hospital are saying. Anyway, his teachers answer was to find a quiet corner of the playground to sit in   but, like he said, he wants to be with his friends but doesn't like it. I am going to call the senco tomorrow and try and see her as it seems like we're just waiting for him to do it again so the parent complains and he gets excluded, I just need a report written from the hospital to get them doing something to help him
Then I went to the doctors for my smear test, having arranged for mum to take ds to his swimming lesson, meaning she'd changed all her plans for this afternoon, and when I went in they said, sorry we have run out of the swab things so can't do it!!   Absolutely livid!! So the poor nurse then got to hear exactly what I thought about that! Surely they could have phoned me?? Luckily mum didn't mind but its not the point, if she couldn't have had him I would have had to pay for an extra session at afterschool club for him
Anyway, now time for some happy green faces instead of red angry onesToday I made 12.50 on a bet, and postie brought me a cheque for £30 from my mobile cashback and a cheque for £3 from a survey
Paid into the bank already and all helping towards the £1000 challenge

Sounds like a very mixed bag of a day for you. Very frustrating about getting DS sorted.....frustrating for him, frustrating for you, frustrating for anyone else who is being affected.....I hope that you are able to make some progress very soon so that you can have a base from which you can take things forward.
Good news on the moneymaking stuff though - fabulous as always :TSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
